Lately I’ve been spending some free time reading up about the different ingredients in Goyin and looking up their unbiased health benefits on other sites, namely wikipedia.
Gac is an ingredient in Goyin. It is really high in lycopenes, which helps your skin stay looking young, even after getting some sun. The UV rays from the sun interact with components in your skin that make you look older. Lycopenes reduce the interaction with your skin the the sun.
Gac is higher in concentration than most any other source. Coming in at 70 times the amount of tomato, it is very helpful for anti-aging.

An unplanned pregnancy can come as quite the shock, no matter what your circumstances may be. Whether or not you decide to keep the baby or place it for adoption, you need to take certain steps to ensure you have a healthy pregnancy, for the benefit of both you and your baby.
Eat healthy to ensure you and your baby get all the nutrients you need. Pack your diet with whole-grains, protein, fruits and vegetables, and calcium.
Taking vitamin supplements can also be advantageous when it comes to getting all your essential nutrients. However, they should only be taken under the recommendation and supervision of your doctor or other health care professional.
Physical activity is not only good for you, but your baby as well. Yoga, walking, and swimming are great activities for pregnant women who want to stay active. Check with you doctor before you begin any exercise program.
Refrain from caffeine and especially alcohol during your pregnancy. Consumption of these substances can lead to birth defects.
It is imperative that you consult your doctor and receive prenatal care regularly throughout your pregnancy. Be sure to consult your doctor on any and all concerns regarding your pregnancy.

Last night I was watching TV and I saw a commercial for the Akavar 20/50 weight loss pill. I’m all about being fit, but I’m not sure about how a weight loss pill would affect my weight. Maybe diet pills could be a good idea for those who continue to eat well and exercise, but I don’t think it will necessarily fix things on its own.
Anyone have experience with this?
